Everything you need to know about how we ship, our return process, cancellations, and carrier responsibilities.

Shipping

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after fulfillment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

All orders ship with carbon-neutral offsets at no additional cost. Tracking information is emailed automatically once your order has shipped.

Carrier Responsibilities

Shipping & Carrier Responsibilities

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, SustainPeptides is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier. Shipping timelines provided at checkout and in order confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please note: Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other circumstances outside our control. SustainPeptides cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of your tracking notification, please contact us so we can open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, excluding original shipping costs.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@sustainpeptides.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Damaged Orders

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional charge.

Cancellations

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order enters fulfillment. Orders typically enter fulfillment within 12–24 hours of being placed. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@sustainpeptides.com with your order number in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
